By accessing Travelocal.org (the "Site"), purchasing our custom Google Maps links, using AI-generated travel itineraries and/or requesting personalized travel planning services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

We provide proprietary travel recommendations delivered via custom Google Maps links, automated travel plans generated by our AI travel assistant based on user inputs, and personalized travel plans created by our staff.

All custom maps, lists, and recommendations provided to you are the exclusive intellectual property of Travelocal.org. The Services are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or publicly share the custom Google Maps links or itineraries without our express written permission.

Payments: All transactions are securely processed through PayPal. When you complete a purchase, your payment is first authorized at the time of checkout and then automatically captured 24 hours later. This allows you to request a cancellation or refund during that 24-hour window before the funds are collected. Refund Policy (24-Hour Guarantee): We offer a money-back guarantee valid for exactly 24 hours from the exact time of payment authorization. After 24 hours have passed, the payment is automatically captured and all sales are final and non-refundable due to the digital nature of the Services. Data Retention: For security, fraud prevention, and audit purposes, we retain payment transaction metadata — including PayPal Order IDs, Authorization IDs, timestamps, and IP addresses logged at the time of authorization and map link access — for up to 180 days from the date of the transaction.

"As Is" Service: The recommendations provided (both human-made and AI-generated) are based on personal opinions, past experiences, and available data at the time of creation. They are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Changes in Circumstances: We do not guarantee the ongoing accuracy of the information provided. Businesses and locations may change their operating hours, close permanently, change ownership, update their pricing, or be affected by weather and local events. We are not responsible for any inconveniences or financial losses resulting from out-of-date information. AI-Generated Content: Travel plans created by our AI assistant are generated automatically based on your inputs and may occasionally contain errors or suggest impractical routes. You are responsible for verifying all AI-generated suggestions before traveling.

Your use of our recommendations is entirely at your own risk. Travelocal.org acts solely as a digital information provider and is not a travel agency or tour operator. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law worldwide, Travelocal.org shall not be held liable for: • Any personal injury, property damage, accidents, or death occurring during your trip. • Any loss of funds, cancellations, missed flights, or denied entry at establishments. • The quality of services, food, or safety provided by any third-party establishments recommended in our maps or itineraries. By using our Services, you release us from any claims or damages arising from your travel experiences.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
